4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar storage technologies to operate the Service and, where you consent, to understand how it is used. Cookies are categorised below in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (UK) ("PECR"), as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, and the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC).
- Strictly necessary. These cookies are essential to the operation of the Service - for example, to record your cookie preference and maintain your session - and do not require your consent under PECR. They are set automatically and cannot be disabled without affecting the Service's functioning.
- Analytics. With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage of the Service and to improve it. Following the 2025 amendments to PECR, limited first-party analytics cookies used solely to improve the Service may be set without prior consent, provided you are given a clear opportunity to opt out; we nonetheless ask for your consent as a matter of policy.
You are asked to choose between "Accept all" and "Necessary only" on your first visit to the Service, and you may review or change that choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page, or by managing cookies through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data
We share personal data with:
- payment processors, to process Subscription payments;
- our Telegram delivery provider, to deliver Content;
- email service providers, to send account and service-related communications;

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. International Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we ensure an adequate level of protection through mechanisms recognised under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, including adequacy regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active, and for a further period thereafter as necessary to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, typically not exceeding six (6) years following termination of your Subscription.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request rectification of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of your data;
- request restriction of processing;

We will respond within one month of a valid request, as required by Article 12(3) of UK GDPR and EU GDPR; this period may be extended by a further two months for requests that are complex or numerous, in which case we will explain the delay within the first month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the United Kingdom, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). In the European Union, you may contact the supervisory authority of your member state of residence.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security review, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
